Ultimate version of our rye Quadrupel. Rye in five forms.
This brew brings together tastes of Belgian Quadrupel and rye, with rye forming 15 % of the malt bill. We used four different kinds of rye: Finnish rye malt, caramelized British rye malt, Tuoppi-Kaljamallas and flaked rye. And that’s why we like to call it a “Quadryepel”.
Ultimate version of Ryyskä is aged with rye whisky oak chips.
