An aircraft call sign is a group of alphanumeric characters used to identify an aircraft in air-ground communications. Call sign is also the name of our single hop beer series.
First up is Nelson Sauvin. This bad boy is a double NEIPA which is packed with…well, Nelson Sauvin. For this brew we used Freestyle Hops Nelson Sauvin T-90 pellets and they are just awesome. Look for those tropical, passion fruit, gooseberry and white wine flavors. They are all there. “Nelson Sauvin-1, report ready”. Cheers!
