Ultimate version of our Rye Quadrupel. Rye in five forms.
This brew brings together tastes of Belgian Quadrupel and rye, with Rye forming 15 % of the malt bill. We used four different kinds of rye: Finnish Rye malt, caramelized British Rye malt, Tuoppi-Kaljamallas and flaked rye. And that's why we like to call it a "Quadryepel".
Ultimate version of Ryyskä is aged with Rye whiskey oak chips.
