The Christmas sahti was made early in the morning by gathering juniper branches from the forest covered in the first snow. The sahti maker was Jari Salmikivi from Valhalla Home Brewery, who conjured up a traditional Christmas sahti topped with juniper berries. Merry Christmas everyone!
