Description
Dry apple cider made from local apples. The cider is made with cold-pressed apple juice from the apple orchards of Lohjansaari. It is fermented at the brewery with the apple's own cold yeasts, as well as white wine and saison yeasts.
Villi is a blend of summer, autumn and winter apples that have been used separately. Some of the cider is also aged in port barrels. Finally, the cider is blended in the appropriate proportion to give the fiery Villi taste, oh my!
Cider making starts in the fall and is ready again when the apple trees start to bloom!
Villi is a truly original cider that tastes dry, crisp and wild apple. It's made with 100% fresh-pressed local apples (not from concentrate) for maximum flavor and aroma.
Orchards are located in scenic Lohjansaari that is located 20km from the Brewery.
This cider is best served chilled, with or without ice.
Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs. Gluten free. Contains sulphites for freshness.
